広島生まれ、東京在住。
大学で英米文学を学んだ後、翻訳業に従事。
知人から表現することを勧められ、写真を始める。
ポートレートだけでなく、長年、言葉に関わってきたことから、
写真と言葉を組み合わせたフォトポエムも表現している。
Kaori was born in Hiroshima, Japan and is currently based in Tokyo.
After studying English and American literature at university, she began her career in translation.
She was encouraged to express herself by her acquaintance and started taking photographs.
She likes not only portrait shooting but also presenting the marriage of photography and poetry from years of involving in words.
